The third studio album by the American singer follows 2021's Happier Than Ever, while it features production from her brother and frequent collaborator Finneas.  In Australia, the album opened at the top of the album charts marking her third number-one there (after Happier than Ever and When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?). The set debuted at No.1 on the UK Albums Chart, matching the success of the singer's previous two albums. Furthermore it opened at #1 in the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand and Sweden. The album missed the No.1 debut on the US Billboard 200 list entering at No.2 instead with 339,000 units earned, blocked by Taylor Swift's The Tortured Poets Department fifth consecutive reign on the chart. The album marks the singer's third top-5 effort following her previous two entries which both opened atop the Billboard 200
