Officio Play: Edition 96 (2025 Wrap)

 


   Ellie Goulding's "Fate" escalates to the top spot in its sixth run on the tally (Edition 96), earning the English singer her first solo #1 and second overall (following her feature on "Save My Love" (with Marshmello AVAION). The song debuted on the 91st edition at No.25, rising 10 places on the following edition, to No.15. On the 93rd edition, the song leaped into the top 10 for the first time (in its third run, earning a first stay in the top tier), it then climbed further to No.3 securing as spot in the top three region where it repeated for two consecutive runs before lifting to the chart's summit. 

21 Savage's "Gang Over Everything" retires from the lead to the runner up spot, upon entering the previous edition at No.1 (the rapper's second number one). His "I Wish" (with Jawan Harris) descends to fourth place after debuting at a No.2 high on the previous edition.

Welsh singer, Katherine Jenkins, debuts her first effort on the chart with an opera version of the smash hit "Golden" by the K-pop trio, earning the highest debut on the edition. The original song, done by HUNTR/X rises to No.5 on the list, thereby marking the first time a song charts in the top 5 alongside another arrangement of the same effort. Huntr/x's "Golden" continues its streak of having the second most runs in the top tier, adding a 26th on the current list. 

Taylor Swift's "The Fate of Ophelia" also rises to No.6, scoring its consecutive twelfth stay in the top ten since its onset on the edition. 

English singer-songwriter, Skye Newman marks her first Officio top 10 with "Lonely Girl" debuting at No.7. This surpasses her previous effort "Family Matters" which reached the top 20. 

Tate McRae's #1 score "Trying on Shoes" slips to No.8 on the listing, adding a fifth run both in the top ten and overall. 

The next two spots see top 10 new contenders as Alec Benjamin's "Pretending" rises to No.9 for the first time, earning the singer a first time in the tier. Meghan Trainor's "Still Don't Care" also lifts a spot to land at No.10, earning a moment in the top tier, a first for Trainor.
