Officio Play: Edition 64
ROSÉ debuts her second Play number-one entry with "Messy" (Edition 64), released 8 May 2025, which is the second single form the F1 the Album soundtrack. The New Zealand / South Korean star earns her second top 10 (and second No.1 thereon), which follows the Bruno Mars featured "APT.", which opened atop the tally on Edition 40, eventually spending 20 runs on the chart, 8 of which were in the top 10. With ROSÉ at number one, the singer replaces another New Zealand act (Lorde whose "What Was That" vacates the top spot to lodge at No.9, with three runs on the tier). Of all Blackpink members, ROSÉ boasts multiple top ten efforts, one ahead of LISA and JENNIE, who have each scored one so far, furthermore, only ROSÉ holds a number-one feat (two for the matter). The title follow's Lola Young's "Messy" which peaked at No.3
Damiano David echoes to the second position on the Play with his "Voices" which rises up from its No.6 debut post to earn the Italian singer a first top 5 score. The entry marked the Måneskin frontman his second top ten on the earlier edition, and now adds a second run in the top tier.
The Weeknd's "Timeless" (featuring Playboi Carti) returns to the top ten with a Doechii remix edition at No.3. The Weeknd earns a record 14th top ten (the most for any act on the tally) and his 27th entry (the fifth most on the chart), Carti scores his 8th top ten, tying with Travis Scott for the third most top-10s thereon, while Doechii scoops her fourth top-ten (after "Denial is a River" (#2), "ExtraL" (with JENNIE) (#7) and "Anxiety" (#3)). Carti marks his 32nd entry (second most on the tally) and for Doechii, a 7th. The original entry runs for its 28th period on the chart (at No.39), having entered the at #2 on the 37th Edition, leaping to number on Edition 38, keeping at the top for a second stint on Edition 38 (the second song to spend multiple runs on the summit).
Bruce Springsteen's #1 effort on the tally, "Blind Spot" repeats at number 4 on the list, spending a third stint in the place, after arriving atop the 61st Edition. The song adds a fourth collective run on the chart. In fifth place, sombr's tune "undressed" also repeats its peak and debut position, counting a second run in the top tier.
"Mystical Magical", Benson Boone's No.1 effort (Edition 62) mojos its way down to sixth place from No.2, adding a third stretch in the tier.
Miley Cyrus serenades her way into the top 10 again, with a new effort, "More to Lose", entering at No.7 on the edition. The song marks her third top ten and second solo entry on the chart. Notably, Cyrus has reached the No.2 spot with "End of the World" (Edition 59, currently in its sixth period on the chart) and was also featured on Beyoncé's "II Most Wanted", which peaked at No.8.
Canadian rockstar icon, Avril Lavigne, marks her first leading top-ten, and second overall with the Simple Plan assisted "Young & Dumb" starting at No.9 on the edition. Lavigne has previously charted in the area on her feature on Nate Smith's "Can You Die From a Broken Heart" (peaking at #3). The Canadian rock band, save their introductory entry on the tally.
As mentioned in line one, Lorde's "What Was That" slants from the No.1 post and settles for ninth place. The song made its start on the tally at No.2 on the 62nd Edition, eventually leading the 63rd Edition, now racks a third stay in the tier. Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars' reigning "Die with a Smile" reruns at No.10, making its 34th stay in the tier and overall.
Top 20 Highlights:
Ravyn Lenae's "Love Me Not" lifts to a new No.14 in its second shift on the tally. Morgan Wallen debuts his 10th entry on the Play list with "Superman" flying in at No.17.
Victoria Nadine & Kygo's EDM collab, "Can't Get Enough" rises from its onset No.26 to peak at No.18, in its second run on the tier.
Sam Fender's #2 ranking alternative favorite, "People Watching" leaps right back into the top 20 at No.20, while garnering a 21st spell on the tally.
Extra Chart Review (Top 40):
Kali Uchis adds her 7th entry with "All I Can Say" at No.26. Maroon 5 & LISA's "Priceless" lifts to a new #31 position. Joe Jonas' "Heart by Heart" also rises to No.32.
WizTheMac, bees & honey's "Show Me Love" (with Tyla) leaps to No.36 on the edition. Tom Grennan's "Full Attention" enters at No.37, the fourth title for the English singer on the chart.
Halsey teams up with Evanescence's lead vocalist, Amy Lee to deliver "Hand That Feeds" at No.38.
HUGEL, David Guetta, Kehlani and Daecolm, hit No.40 with their EDM collaboration, "Think of Me", which entered the previous list at #44.
