The Officio Play ! Edition 42

 

      The Play list settles to a top 50-entry run as Perrie Edwards rises to the top with the singer's best effort "You Go Your Way" hitting the summit after lingering about the top tier, with five straight runs on the tally. She joins JADE ("Angel of My Dreams") as the only former Little Mix members to reign atop the Play list. 

    "APT." (ROSÉ & Bruno Mars) lifts to the runner up spot with three stints on the list, having entered atop the tally on the 40th edition. It ranks as the edition's Top Collab entry. 

   Shawn Mendes scores his first top ten effort with "Heart of Gold" at No.3 as the highest debut on the edition. Lady Gaga's "Disease" bows down from the lead to settle at No.4 after an infectious debut on the previous edition. 

   Country adds a top 5 effort, a No.5 "Liberty" from Sam Hunt, who scores his highest ranking on the tally, marking the edition's Top Country entry. Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars carry on their chart doubles as "Die with a Smile" (a former chart leader) lifts to No.6, adding a 12th consecutive stint in the top tier (all without exiting the bounds). 

   R3HAB, Mufasa & Hypeman and  RANI scale their way into the top 10 with "Believe (Shooting Stars)" lifting to No.7 as the edition's Top EDM entry. Morgan Wallen's No.2 peaking country hit "Love Somebody" dips to No.8 on the list. 

   Former No.1 ranking "Timeless" (The Weeknd, Playboi Carti) makes a swift return to the tier lining up to No.9, adding another non-consecutive run in the top-10, also ranking among a few entries that have rebounded back into the tier.
