Ava Max Is Still 'Sweet But Psycho' at the Top of UK Singles Chart
The Official Charts Company reports that “Psycho” finishes the week 27,000 combined units ahead of its nearest challenger, Ariana Grande's “Thank U, Next” (Republic/ Universal), which holds at No. 2. Mark Ronson's “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” (Columbia/Sony), featuring Miley Cyrus, moves up 4-3, and Post Malone's “Wow” (Republic/Universal) 5-4; Malone's “Sunflower,” featuring Swae Lee, dips 3-5.
James Arthur and Anne Marie climb one place to No. 7, a new peak, with “Rewrite the Stars” (Atlantic/Warner Music).
There's
a 14-8 climb for George Ezra's “Hold My Girl” (Columbia/Sony), which
becomes his fifth top 10 U.K. hit. Freya Ridings improves 12-9 with
“Lost Without You” (Good Soldier), the fifth week the track has held
that peak position. It first appeared in the top 75 at the end of July.
